To be fair: Superside is the better choice for enterprise procurement and large parallel teams. For DTC brands that need video ads every week without a year’s commitment, we fit better. Full details on INNIRA Digital pricing.
Guide
Everything to know before you subscribe
The questions DTC teams weigh up before moving ad production onto a monthly plan.
How a monthly creative subscription works
Each month starts with a plan: which products to push, which angles to test and which channels the ads are for. From there you brief ads whenever you need them, through your project manager, and each one counts against your plan’s allowance. Nothing has to be scoped or quoted along the way.
Finished ads come back within your plan’s turnaround — 7 days on Growth, 5 on Scale, 3 on Elite — in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9. Two revision rounds per video are included, and you can move up or down a plan between months as your ad spend changes.
Creative as a service vs a creative agency retainer
A creative agency retainer buys a team’s time. That suits brands that need brand strategy, campaign ideas and production across many media, and it is priced to match: traditional retainers commonly run $6,000–15,000 a month.
Creative as a service buys output instead: a fixed number of finished ads at a published price. If what you need is a steady supply of paid social video, you pay for the ads rather than for capacity. Our largest plan, $2,197 a month for 60 videos, costs less than the bottom of that retainer range.
What creative as a service pricing should include
Headline fees vary widely — entry plans start around $500 a month and enterprise plans pass $5,000 — so the fee alone tells you little. Compare the number of finished videos per month, the maximum length, turnaround, revision rounds and cancellation terms.
Also ask what happens when an ad gets your product wrong. Every one of our plans includes the concept and script, AI production, editing, on-screen text and music, delivery in three aspect ratios, full commercial rights and the Product Fidelity Guarantee, from $747 a month.
Why weekly ad testing needs a creative subscription
Paid social rewards fresh creative. As the same audience sees an ad again and again, results tend to slip, and the fix is usually a new hook, angle or format rather than a bigger budget. Brands that test every week need new ads every week.
Per-project production makes that slow and expensive, because every batch needs a brief, a quote and a shoot. A monthly subscription removes those steps, and at $37–$50 per video most tests can be allowed to fail without the budget noticing.
What AI-produced ads can and can’t do
AI production is strong at the work paid social needs most: product-led ads, UGC-style presenters, motion graphics and fresh variations of a winning concept, made quickly and consistently from your product photos.
It is not the right tool for everything. AI presenters are not real customers, so we never present them as testimonials, and ads that depend on a real person, place or event still need a camera. The “probably not a fit” list above covers the usual cases.
Getting started: your first month
The easiest first step is a free sample ad, so you can judge the quality on your own product before paying anything. If you want a bigger test first, the Starter Pack is 5 videos for $297, one-off.
On a monthly plan, the first cycle begins with your brief and the month’s plan, and the first finished ads follow within your plan’s turnaround. From the second month on, the results of the previous batch shape what we make next.
FAQ
Questions before you subscribe
What DTC teams ask before moving ad production onto a monthly plan.
What is creative as a service?
A subscription for ad production. You pay a fixed monthly fee for a set number of finished ads — 15, 30 or 60 videos a month with us — and send briefs when you need them, instead of paying for each project separately.
How is it different from a creative agency retainer?
A retainer usually buys a team’s time, at $6,000–15,000 a month for a traditional agency. Creative as a service buys output: a fixed number of finished ads at a published price. Our plans run from $747 to $2,197 a month.
How much does creative as a service cost?
Market plans start around $500 a month and reach $5,000 and more. Ours are $747 for 15 videos, $1,297 for 30 and $2,197 for 60 — about $37–$50 per video. A one-off Starter Pack of 5 videos costs $297.
How many ads a month do we need?
It depends on how much you test. As a rough guide, 15 ads a month gives you three or four new ads a week; 30 suits weekly testing across several products or channels; 60 is for brands running many concepts, markets or languages at once. You can change plans between months.
What do you need from us to start?
Product photos from several angles with labels and logos legible, a link to your product page, your offer, and anything the ads must or mustn’t say. If you have past ads and their results, send those too — they shape the first month’s plan. There is no shoot to arrange.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Plans are month to month: cancel anytime before your next billing date, or change plans between months as your ad spend changes. Annual billing is optional.
What if the product in an ad doesn’t look like ours?
Every video is covered by our Product Fidelity Guarantee: if your product doesn’t render accurately to your reference photos, the video is free and we redo it. We check label text, logos, colour and shape before delivery.
Which platforms are the ads made for?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and YouTube. Every ad is delivered in 9:16 for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts, 1:1 for feeds and 16:9 for YouTube and the web. Another ratio, such as 4:5, is $9 extra per video.
Who owns the ads?
You do. Every plan includes full commercial usage rights, so you can run the ads in paid campaigns, organic social, your website, marketplaces and email for as long as you like. We only show your work in our portfolio if you agree.
Do you run the ads for us?
No — we produce the ads; you or your agency run them in your own ad accounts. Growth includes a monthly performance review, and Scale and Elite add strategy calls where your results decide what we make next.
