Ad creative

An ad creative service built for volume testing

Most brands don’t test enough hooks because each one costs too much. Our plans are priced per video — $37–$50 — so running 12 variants of a concept is a normal week rather than a budget decision.

The model

What an ad creative service is, and who it’s for

A subscription that produces your paid-social video, instead of a quote for every batch of ads.

  • Output, not hours

You buy a set number of finished ads at a published price — $37–$50 per video on a monthly plan — instead of a team's time.

  • Every month, not every campaign

Briefs go in when you need them and finished ads come back within your plan’s turnaround. Nothing is scoped or quoted along the way.

  • Checked against your photos

Every ad is compared to your reference photos before delivery, and redone free if the product drifts.

It suits brands running paid social every month and putting new creative into rotation every week — typically ecommerce and DTC teams with a product that photographs clearly from several angles. It suits you less well if you need one brand film a year, or ads built around named customers, real locations or live events.

Every plan is month to month, includes full commercial rights, and is covered by the Product Fidelity Guarantee on every ad. Per-video prices, single videos and add-ons are on what video ads cost per video.

The argument

Why 12 variants is the number that matters

Testing throughput, not video count, is what a creative budget actually buys.

  • One concept, many hooks

A concept is only as good as its best hook. Testing 12 of them is the difference between guessing and knowing.

  • Per-asset pricing kills that

At $200–$500 an asset, 12 variants of one idea costs up to $6,000. So brands make three and hope.

  • Volume pricing makes it routine

At $37–$50 a video, the same 12 variants run about $444 — a normal week, not a budget decision.

The point isn’t that our videos are cheap. It’s that per-asset pricing quietly decides your testing strategy for you: at $200–$500 a video you make three variants and hope one lands. Scale includes hook variation testing and A/B-ready versions, and Elite includes unlimited hook variations, because at $37–$50 a video the losing variants stop being expensive.

Guide

How testing throughput actually works

What changes when variants stop being a budget decision.

How many variants does a test actually need?

Enough that the winner is not an accident. One hook per concept tells you whether that particular execution worked; 12 tells you which angle the audience responds to, which is the thing you can reuse. The variants that lose are not waste — they are the reason you trust the one that won.

This is where per-asset pricing quietly sets your strategy for you. At $200–$500 a video, a 12-variant test costs up to $6,000 and has to be justified to someone. At $37–$50 it costs about $444, and 30 videos a month on Scale leaves room for several such tests plus the ads you already know work.

Where the throughput actually comes from

Not from cutting corners on each ad. It comes from removing the parts of production that repeat: there is no shoot to book, no crew or location to schedule, and no sample to ship, so a new variant of an approved concept is a production task rather than a new project.

That is also why turnaround is a plan feature rather than a negotiation — 7 days on Growth, 5 on Scale, 3 on Elite, counted from the approved brief. Elite includes unlimited hook variations for exactly this reason.

What one video in the plan includes

The concept and script, production, editing, on-screen text and music, delivered as a finished upload-ready file in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with full commercial rights and two revision rounds. Length is capped by plan: up to 30 seconds on Growth, 60 on Scale, 90 on Elite.

Variants count as videos. A concept delivered with 12 hooks uses 12 of the month's allowance, which is why the allowance rather than the headline fee is the number to compare between providers.

Testing volume without losing the brand

High variant counts go wrong when every ad looks like a different company made it. We work from one approved concept per test: the product treatment, the on-screen type and the end card stay fixed, and the hook, pacing and opening shot are what change.

The product itself is held to the same standard in every variant. Each aspect ratio and each hook is checked separately against your reference photos, so a pass on one cut never clears another.

FAQ

Questions about ad creative subscriptions

What brands ask before moving ad production onto a monthly plan.

What is an ad creative service?

A subscription for ad production rather than a per-project arrangement. You pay a fixed monthly fee for a set number of finished ads — 15, 30 or 60 videos a month with us — and brief them whenever you need them, instead of quoting each batch separately.

Can we really test 12 hooks for one product?

Yes, and it is a normal use of a plan rather than an exception. 12 variants is 12 of your monthly allowance — comfortable on Scale's 30 videos or Elite's 60. Elite includes unlimited hook variations; Scale includes hook variation testing and A/B-ready versions.

How much does this cost per video?

$37–$50 per video on a monthly plan: $747 for 15 videos on Growth, $1,297 for 30 on Scale and $2,197 for 60 on Elite. Single videos and a one-off Starter Pack of 5 videos for $297 are also published.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Plans are month to month: cancel anytime before your next billing date, or change plans between months as your ad spend changes. Annual billing is optional.

What happens if an ad gets our product wrong?

It is covered by the Product Fidelity Guarantee: if your product does not render accurately to your reference photos, that video is free and we redo it. Label text, logos, colour and shape are checked before delivery, and each aspect ratio and hook variation is checked on its own.

Do you run the ads for us?

No — we produce the ads and you or your agency run them in your own ad accounts. Growth includes a monthly performance review, and Scale and Elite add strategy calls where your results decide what we make next.
