Each video runs up to your plan’s length limit — 30 seconds on the Starter Pack and Growth, 60 seconds on Scale and 90 seconds on Elite. Need longer? Extend any video by 30 seconds for $29.

Yes. Monthly plans let you mix any service — product videos, UGC ads, motion ads and static images — in whatever combination your campaigns need that month. Your project manager helps you plan the mix based on what’s performing in your ad account, so your volume goes to the formats that are actually converting.

Because every video is produced against a brief you approve, we don’t refund delivered work. Instead, we revise it within your plan’s included revision rounds until it matches the approved concept. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, so you’re never locked into paying for months you don’t need. If something goes wrong, your project manager will work with you to make it right.

Send timestamped feedback on any delivered video and we’ll revise it. The Starter Pack includes 1 revision per video, and Growth, Scale and Elite include 2 revisions per video. Need more? Extra revision rounds are $19 per video. Approving the concept before production keeps revisions focused on polish rather than starting over.

Order extra videos at our single-video prices at any time, or move up to the next plan if you consistently need more volume. Upgrading lowers your per-video cost — from $50 on Growth to about $43 on Scale and $37 on Elite. Your project manager will flag it when a bigger plan would save you money.

Yes. We’re happy to sign your NDA before you share products, launch plans or ad account data, and our Agency Partner program runs on NDA-backed, brand-safe workflows by default. Unreleased products and campaign details stay confidential, and we only feature your work in our portfolio if you agree to it.

Turnaround starts once we have your approved brief and product assets, and ends when the finished videos are delivered for review. Growth delivers in 7 days, Scale in 5 days and Elite in 3 days, and the Starter Pack ships in 5 days. Need it sooner? Rush 48-hour delivery is available for $59 per video.

Yes. You can upgrade at any point, and your new video allowance and turnaround apply from your next request. You can also downgrade or cancel anytime before your next billing date. There are no long-term contracts, so your plan can follow your ad spend as it grows or slows down.

Every video is delivered in Meta, TikTok and YouTube-ready aspect ratios: 9:16 for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts, 1:1 for feed placements, and 16:9 for YouTube and web. Need another ratio, such as 4:5? Add it for $9 per video. Whitelisting-ready deliverables for creator-account ads are $29 per video.

Yes. Every plan includes full commercial usage rights, so you can run the videos in paid ads, organic social, your website, marketplaces and email for as long as you like. Once a video is delivered, it’s yours to use and edit. We only show your work in our portfolio if you agree to it.
