Automotive video production built for how fast inventory moves: walkaround videos, dealer ads and showcases made from your listing photos, in batches, for about $37–$50 per video.
Real clips from our studio: detail shots, studio showcases and a road film. Your walkarounds are built from your own listing photos, delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
Dealership video marketing when inventory turns every week
Inventory turns weekly
A car can sell before its video is filmed, edited and live.
Shoots don’t scale
Crews, light and weather for every car means video on a few hero units only.
Offers change fast
Weekend events and rate specials rarely justify booking a shoot.
Our fix: start from the listing photos you already have, and produce video for the whole lot in batches.
Each walkaround is built from the vehicle’s listing photos, then checked against them before delivery.

Guide
How dealership video works with us
The details dealers ask about before putting inventory video on a monthly plan.
How a car walkaround video is made from listing photos
We start from the photo set on the vehicle’s listing: exterior from several angles, wheels, badging and interior. Editors sequence those angles into a guided walkaround with camera-style movement, then add the year, make, model, trim and price you give us, plus your intro and end card.
Before delivery, the vehicle in the video is checked against your photos — badging, trim details, wheel design and paint colour. The video shows only what your photos show: no invented features, and no damage added or hidden. That is why good photos matter; sharp badges and wheels give the best result.
Where dealership video marketing earns its keep
Video works hardest where shoppers are already deciding: on vehicle detail pages, on marketplace listings that accept video, and in social ads aimed at people who have looked at your inventory. A short walkaround presents the car in one easy-to-watch piece instead of a gallery the shopper has to click through.
The catch has always been volume. Video on a handful of hero units does nothing for the rest of the lot. Producing from photos in monthly batches is what makes video on every unit affordable.
Car dealer video ads that stay on message
Offer ads — lease specials, finance rates, weekend events, trade-in drives — change often and usually run on Meta, TikTok and YouTube at once. We script and cut each one for those placements in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
Offer terms and disclaimers go on screen exactly as your store approves them. We don’t write or interpret compliance language, and for manufacturer co-op advertising we build to the guidelines you send.
Rolling out video across multiple rooftops
Dealer groups usually want every store to look like part of the same group. We build one template — intro, lower thirds, end card, fonts and colours — and produce each store’s videos to it, with that rooftop’s own name, location and offers.
Plans are priced per video, not per store, so a walkaround costs the same at every rooftop. Volume grows with the group: 15, 30 or 60 videos a month, month to month.

A small store’s new intake plus a couple of offer ads each month.
What dealers ask before putting inventory video on a monthly plan.
Can an AI video show a used car’s real condition?
No. A walkaround built from photos shows what the photos show: it can’t reveal a scratch the photos missed, and we never add or remove damage. For condition-sensitive units, film a real walkaround and use AI video for the rest of the lot and your offer ads.
What do you need from us for each vehicle?
The listing photos (exterior from several angles, interior, wheels and badges in focus), the year, make, model and trim, and any price, offer and disclaimer text for the screen.
How many videos does a store need each month?
Roughly one for each unit you want on video, plus your offer ads. A small store adding a few units a week plus a couple of offers fits Growth (15 videos); weekly batches for a busier store fit Scale (30); high-turnover stores and groups fit Elite (60).
Do you need access to our DMS or inventory feed?
No. We work from listing links or photo sets you send, so there is nothing to integrate. We deliver finished video files; uploading them to your website or inventory platform stays with your team.
How quickly can you turn around a batch of inventory videos?
7 days on Growth, 5 on Scale and 3 on Elite, from the approved brief and photos. Rush 48-hour delivery is $59 extra per video. We don’t offer same-day or 24-hour delivery.
Can every rooftop in our group get the same look?
Yes. We produce to one template — intro, lower thirds, end card, fonts and colours — across your stores. Plans are priced per video, so a video costs the same at every rooftop.
Who is responsible for offer terms and disclaimers?
Your store. Send the approved text and we set it on screen word for word; we don’t write or interpret compliance language. For manufacturer co-op advertising, send its guidelines and we’ll build to them.
Can you make a video before a new model arrives on the lot?
Yes, if you have images you are allowed to use, such as manufacturer media supplied to dealers. We build the showcase from those and follow any brand guidelines you send. Once the car arrives, a walkaround from your own photos can follow.
Who owns the videos?
Your store. Every plan includes full commercial usage rights, so you can use the videos in ads, on your website, on marketplaces and on social for as long as you like.
Where can we use the videos?
Vehicle detail pages, marketplace listings that accept video, Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Every video comes in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 with full commercial usage rights. Uploading to your website or inventory platform stays with your team.
