1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of INNIRA DIGITAL or engaging our creative studio for AI-powered advertising content production, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Creative Services & Scope
Our studio provides custom synthetic media, motion graphics, UGC-style performance video, and commercial photography assets. Each campaign project is executed according to an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, revision rounds, and turnaround milestones.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of project fees, client acquires full commercial usage and advertising rights to the approved delivered final assets. INNIRA DIGITAL retains the standard right to showcase non-confidential deliverables within our public agency portfolio, case studies, and credential decks unless an explicit white-label agreement is executed.
4. Performance Benchmarks
While our assets are designed strictly based on historical conversion optimization data, advertising algorithms and market dynamics remain subject to third-party ad platform conditions. We do not guarantee specific financial returns or ROAS numbers.
5. Governing Law
