Our guarantee
Product Fidelity Guarantee
Your product renders pixel-accurate to your reference photos, or the video is free and we redo it.
This page sets out exactly what that means: what we check before delivery, what happens when a video fails, and what the guarantee does not cover.
The problem
What product drift is, and why it happens
Product drift is when an AI-generated video shows a product that is almost, but not quite, yours. A letter on the label is wrong. The cap turns from matte to gloss. The logo shifts, loses a stroke, or comes out mirrored. A bottle is slightly taller in one shot than the next. Any one of these makes a video unusable on a product page or in an ad, and a misspelled brand name or the wrong colourway can do more harm than having no video at all.
It happens because of how generative video models work. They don’t place a 3D copy of your product into a scene. They generate every frame, guided by your reference images and by everything the model has learned about what products in general look like. Where your photos are clear, the model follows them. Where they are ambiguous — small text, a logo seen at an angle, a side the photos don’t show — it fills the gap with something plausible. Plausible is not the same as correct.
Drift gets worse in predictable situations: fast camera moves, the product turning to an angle none of your photos cover, hands or objects partly hiding it, reflective or transparent materials, and fine print. It also varies from one generation to the next, so the same setup can produce a faithful render one time and a drifted one the time after. That is why checking every output matters more than any single technique for preventing drift.
Why we can put this in writing
Self-serve AI tools
Can’t make this promise. You operate the tool, so it has no way of knowing which outputs you will accept.
Agencies at ~$600 per video
Usually won’t. Redoing a video for free at that price is expensive, so the risk stays with you.
INNIRA Digital
Can. Our plans work out to roughly $37–$50 per finished video, so discarding a failed render and making it again is a cost we can absorb.
Before delivery
Exactly what we check
An editor compares the finished video against the reference photos you supplied, at full resolution. A video only ships when it passes every one of these. For vehicles, the same checks cover badging, trim details, wheel design and paint colour.
Check 1: Shape and proportions
The silhouette, height-to-width ratio and part count match your photos: the same number of buttons, the same cap, the same strap or hinge points.
Check 2: Colour
Body, cap, label and accent colours match the reference in neutrally lit shots. If a scene uses a deliberate grade, like sunset or neon, you see and approve that look at concept stage.
Check 3: Logo
Correct shape, position, size and orientation. Never mirrored, never redrawn, never missing a stroke.
Check 4: Text on the product
Every word that is legible in your reference photos is spelled exactly as it is on the product. No invented words, and no garbled fine print passed off as real text.
Check 5: Materials and finish
Matte stays matte and gloss stays gloss. Transparency, texture and metal finishes match what the photos show.
Check 6: Consistency in motion
The product does not change shape, colour or detail during camera moves, or between shots in the same video.
Check 7: Every deliverable, separately
Each aspect ratio and each hook variation is checked on its own. A pass on the 9:16 cut does not clear the 1:1.
If a video fails
What happens, step by step
No forms and no negotiation. The reference photo decides.
You flag it
Reply to the delivery with the video name, a timestamp, and the reference photo it does not match. Claims are open for 7 days after delivery.
We compare it to the same photo
If the product on screen differs from your reference in any of the ways listed above, the claim is accepted. The reference photo is the standard — you do not have to argue the case. We confirm within 24 hours.
The video becomes free
On a monthly plan, the video no longer counts against that month’s allowance. For single-video orders and the Starter Pack, that video’s price is refunded.
We redo it
A corrected video is delivered within 3 days. The redo costs nothing and does not use one of your revision rounds.
If the redo also fails
We revise it again at no cost and add another video free. On a monthly plan neither one counts against that month’s allowance.
Limits
What the guarantee does not cover
It covers your product matching your photos. It is not a general satisfaction guarantee — creative changes go through your plan’s revisions (see pricing).
Details your reference photos do not show. If you send only the front of the box, we cannot guarantee the back — send every side you want on screen.
References that are blurry, heavily filtered, below 100px on the long edge, or show an older version of the product.
Colour shifts from a lighting look you approved at concept stage. A product lit by a sunset looks warmer than your studio packshot; that is the approved grade, not drift.
Anything that is not the product: people, hands, backgrounds, props, voiceover, music and script. Those go through your normal revision rounds.
Creative preferences, such as a different angle, pace or hook. Your plan’s revisions cover those.
Product changes made after we received your references, such as new packaging you did not send us.
Videos edited after delivery, by you or anyone else, and compression applied by ad platforms or marketplaces.
Claims made after the 7-day window.
FAQ
Guarantee questions
The details buyers ask about before they trust an AI video with their product.
What counts as a reference photo?
Clear photos of the actual product, ideally on a plain background, covering every side that should appear in the video. Existing product-page images and packshots usually work. If a reference is too small or unclear to check against, we tell you before production starts, not after delivery.
Does “pixel-accurate” mean the colour will match my screen exactly?
It means the product in the video matches your reference photos at the level of detail those photos show: the same shape, logo, text and colours under comparable lighting. Screens and ad platforms display colour differently, so we compare against the reference file itself, not against how it looks on one device.
Is a fidelity claim the same as a revision?
No. Revisions cover creative changes you ask for, and your plan sets how many you get. A product that does not match your photos is our mistake, so the fix is free and does not use a revision round.
Does the guarantee apply to the free sample video?
The sample already costs nothing, but it goes through the same fidelity check before we send it. If your product drifts in the sample, tell us and we will redo it.
Does it cover vehicles?
Yes. For automotive work the product is the vehicle: body shape, paint colour, badging, trim details and wheel design all have to match the photos you send. On-screen dealer branding and offer text are checked the same way.
Why don’t other AI video providers offer this?
A self-serve AI tool cannot, because you are the one operating it. An agency charging several hundred dollars a video usually will not, because a free redo at that price is expensive. Our plans work out to roughly $37–$50 per video, so throwing away a failed render and making it again is a cost we can carry.
