Video cost calculator

How many videos a month do you need? That is the only question that moves the price — our per-video rate is the same whatever the format. This works out the cheapest way to get them, from the prices published on our pricing page. No email required, and the result has its own link.

Format doesn’t change the price. On a monthly plan you mix product videos, UGC ads, motion ads and static images at one per-video rate, so there is nothing to choose here.

$747 / month

Growth plan — $50 per video for 15 videos, 7-day turnaround.

15 videos a month included, up to 30 seconds each.

$138 a month less than buying 15 videos one at a time ($885).

Every figure is calculated from the prices published on the pricing page: plan prices and allowances, single-video prices and per-video add-ons. Videos beyond a plan’s allowance are charged at the single-video price, which starts at $59 ($59–$179 by format, as published). Annual billing, which is cheaper again, is not modelled here.

How it works

What the calculator is doing

Four rules, all of them published policy rather than estimates.

It prices your monthly volume five ways: buying single videos as you need them, the Starter Pack at $297 for 5 videos, and each of the three monthly plans. The cheapest route is shown first, with the rest underneath so you can see how close the next option is.

Format is not an input, because it does not change what you pay: every plan lets you mix product videos, UGC ads, motion ads and static images at one per-video rate. It only matters outside a plan, where single videos are published individually at $59–$179 — so videos bought one at a time, and videos beyond a plan’s allowance, are costed at the bottom of that range. Add-ons are applied per video across the month.

What it does not model: annual billing, which is cheaper on every plan; custom avatar training, which is a one-time setup fee rather than a per-video price; and volume pricing for agencies, which is quoted as part of our white label video production.

If the number matters enough to argue about, read what actually drives video production cost first: on a monthly plan the per-video figure only holds if you brief the whole allowance, which is the assumption behind every row in the table above.

FAQ

Questions about the calculator

Where the figures come from and what they leave out.

Where do these numbers come from?

Every figure is read directly from our published price list: the Growth, Scale and Elite plans, the Starter Pack, each single-video price and each per-video add-on. Nothing is estimated, and the calculator cannot show a price we do not publish.

How are videos over a plan’s allowance charged?

At our published single-video prices, which is the standing policy for extra videos. The calculator costs them at the lowest of those prices and adds them on top of the plan rather than silently moving you up a tier, so you can see the point where the next plan up becomes cheaper.

Why can’t I choose a video format?

Because the format does not change the price. Every monthly plan lets you mix product videos, UGC ads, motion ads and static images at one per-video rate, so a format control would imply a choice that does not exist. Format only carries a different price outside a plan, where single videos are published individually.

Can I share a result?

Yes. The address bar updates as you change the controls, so the link always points at what you are looking at. “Copy link to this result” puts it on your clipboard for a brief, a budget request or a client email.

Is annual billing included?

No, the calculator models monthly billing only. Paying annually is cheaper — the saving is published on the pricing page for each plan — so treat the monthly figure here as the upper bound.

Does it account for rush delivery?

Yes, as a per-video add-on. Tick it and the surcharge is applied to every video in the month. In practice you would usually rush a few videos rather than all of them, so that row is the worst case.

Check the quality before the maths

A price per video only means something if the videos are good. Send one product and we’ll produce a sample free, at $37–$50 a video quality, before you commit to anything.
